Following are Terms & Conditions that you have to agree to before commencing your online course on CNTAA - THE PILOT GROUND SCHOOL.

Any violation will not only block/unenroll you from the course but could also incur legal consequences & entitle you for compensation for potential damage caused to intellectual property of CNTAA - THE PILOT GROUND SCHOOL.

SCREEN RECORDING, SCREEN SHOT, DOWNLOADING, COPYING :
NO CONTENT OF THIS COURSE SHOULD BE SCREEN CAPTURED, SCREEN RECORDED, SCREEN SHOT, DOWNLOADED OR COPIED. The said actions are STRICTLY PROHIBITED & doing so is a punishable offence. Users may not modify the content/materials at this Site in any way or reproduce, share or distribute them. Users will keep all Materials confidential, and will not sell, auction, loan, rent, give away, describe, summarise, or otherwise reveal the Materials or their contents, to any other person or entity. Any breach of these Terms of Use automatically terminates your authorised use of the Site. Purchasing this course only entitles you access to the course only to view the course.  

SHARING LOGIN DETAILS such as User ID & Passwords :
No person is allowed to share their login credentials with anyone. YOUR IP ADDRESS IS KNOWN TO US and if logins from other persons apart from you are under our notice you will be unenrolled from the course immediately followed by other legal consequences.

USE of VPN : 

Use of VPN is strictly prohibited on our website. 

VALIDITY OF ENROLMENT  : Purchasing any course on our website entitles you course access for 120 days or until passing earliest upcoming DGCA exam at the time of purchase whichever earlier. CNTAA - THE PILOT GROUND SCHOOL may choose to extend your enrolment in case of student failing to attempt DGCA exam or not passing DGCA exam. But this is completely on discretion of CNTAA - THE PILOT GROUND SCHOOL. Rights of enrolment are reserved by CNTAA - THE PILOT GROUND SCHOOL. 

REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY : No refunds will be entertained by CNTAA - THE PILOT GROUND SCHOOL after enrolment. All CNTAA Students enrol only after satisfying themselves with the quality of training by the means of free preview or otherwise.
CNTAA is always open to make student experience better by solving their doubts/offering solution which will help them to clear DGCA exams.

PAYMENT : The student must purchase the course only after he/she is satisfied with the free preview content available on our website. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ENTERTAINED after purchase. Failure to pay after purchasing the course will face legal consequences & CNTAA will follow through payment recovery as per policy. 

CNTAA - THE PILOT GROUND SCHOOL reserves rights of access/admission to it's courses/study material/content/services at it's sole discretion. 

Students must be able to prove their identity by the means of photo identity proof on enrolment. In case of failure to provide identity proof, CNTAA reserves rights to deny access to it's courses/study material/content/services.

No student is entitled for a refund in any case.
In case CNTAA at it's sole discretion decides to refund for any particular enrolment,
The refunds will be processed within 30 working days from the date of refunds initiation process. Such refund will not set any precedence to future enrolments whatsoever.
