These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website https://courses.cntaaonline.in, online courses, offline/in person/classroom Training at CNTAA - THE PILOT TRAINING CENTRE, study materials, and all related services provided by CNTAA - THE PILOT GROUND SCHOOL (“CNTAA”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By enrolling in any course, accessing the platform, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not enroll or use the services.
1. Intellectual Property and Prohibited Uses
1.1 All course content, including videos, lectures, notes, mock tests, PDFs, recordings, and any other materials (“Materials”) are owned by CNTAA and protected under the Indian Copyright Act, 1957, and other applicable laws.
1.2 Enrolment grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and view the Materials solely for your personal, non-commercial use during the enrolment period.
1.3 You shall not:
• Screen record, screenshot, download, copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, share, sell, rent, loan, auction, summarise, describe, or otherwise disclose the Materials or their contents to any third party.
• Use any automated tools, bots, or scraping software to access the platform.
• Circumvent any access controls or security features.
1.4 Any violation may result in immediate termination of access, unenrollment without refund, and CNTAA may pursue civil remedies (e.g., damages, injunctions) and/or report criminal acts (e.g., under IT Act, 2000 or Copyright Act) as applicable.
2. Account and Login Security
2.1 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (User ID and password).
2.2 Sharing login details with any other person is strictly prohibited. We monitor login activity, including IP addresses and device information. Unauthorised access or multi-user logins may lead to immediate unenrollment and further action.
2.3 Use of VPNs, proxies, or any tools to mask your location/IP is prohibited and may result in access denial or termination.
3. Enrolment Validity and Access
3.1 Enrolment provides access for 120 days from the date of purchase or until you pass the earliest upcoming DGCA exam (whichever is earlier), subject to these Terms.
3.2 Extensions may be granted at CNTAA’s sole discretion (e.g., in case of non-attempt or failure), but no extension is guaranteed.
3.3 CNTAA reserves the right to deny, suspend, or terminate access/admission at its sole discretion, including for non-provision of photo ID proof upon request.
4. Fees, Payment, and Refund Policy
4.1 All fees are payable in advance via secure third-party processors (e.g., Razorpay, Stripe, PayPal etc).
4.2 You must review free preview/demo lessons before purchase to assess quality. No refunds will be entertained by CNTAA after enrolment. All CNTAA Students enrol only after satisfying themselves with the quality of training by the means of free preview, demo lessons or otherwise. No student is entitled for a refund in any case. In case CNTAA at it's sole discretion decides to refund for any particular enrolment, The refund will be processed within 30 working days from the date of refund initiation process. Such refund will not set any precedence to future enrolments whatsoever.
4.3 No refunds or cancellations are provided after enrollment/purchase under any circumstances, except at CNTAA’s sole and absolute discretion. Any discretionary refund will be processed within 30 working days and does not create precedent.
4.4 Failure to complete payment after purchase may result in recovery proceedings as per law.
5. DGCA Regulatory Assistance Disclaimer
(Integral part of these Terms; survives termination)
5.1 CNTAA provides limited guidance and assistance in preparing/submitting paperwork for DGCA Computer Number allotment and DGCA Class 2 / Class 1 Medical examinations as a supplementary service for enrolled students.
5.2 This assistance is advisory/guidance-oriented only, based on publicly available DGCA guidelines. CNTAA is not an agent, representative, or guarantor of the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) or any medical authority.
5.3 You bear sole responsibility for:
• Obtaining a valid DGCA Computer Number.
• Successfully passing DGCA Class 2 and Class 1 Medical assessments.
• Ensuring document accuracy, authenticity, compliance with latest DGCA rules/timelines, and personal fitness.
5.4 CNTAA makes no guarantees regarding approval, issuance, validity, medical outcomes, or processing timelines.
5.5 CNTAA shall have no liability for any rejection, failure, delay, revocation, or adverse outcome, including (without limitation) direct/indirect/consequential damages, loss of time/opportunity, additional costs, or career impacts. No refunds of CNTAA fees arise from such events.
5.6 You agree to independently verify all requirements via official DGCA sources (e.g., pariksha.dgca.gov.in, dgca.gov.in) and consult qualified professionals. CNTAA’s assistance is not medical, legal, or regulatory advice.
6. Payment and Data Security
6.1 We use PCI-DSS compliant third-party processors. Transactions are encrypted (SSL/TLS) and use AES-256 where applicable.
6.2 While we implement industry-standard safeguards, no transmission/storage method is 100% secure. You use the platform at your own risk.
7. Privacy Policy (Summary Clause)
7.1 We collect personal information (e.g., name, email, phone, educational details) for enrolment, support, and services.
7.2 By providing details, you consent to communications (email, calls, SMS, WhatsApp) for admission, counseling, support, and related/promotional purposes.
7.3 We use reasonable security measures; data is stored on secure servers accessible only to authorized personnel. We may monitor usage (via cookies, IP, analytics) to improve services and security.

Monitoring User Activity

8. Limitation of Liability and No Guarantees
8.1 CNTAA provides training to the best of its ability but does not guarantee exam success, ranks, or career outcomes.
8.2 Any examples given such as CNTAA alumni results should not be considered typical/obvious and there is no guarantee of same results. Achievements of CNTAA students is a result of their dedication, hard work and other contributing factors combined with CNTAA's proven training process.
8.3 Information provided is educational in nature and is not legal, financial or medical advice. By using this website or any related materials you agree to take full responsibility for your own results. Students, Parents or individuals should evaluate their career options. Information shared here is not a guarantee of success. Your results may vary. Our team is here to support you, but you should always do your own due diligence before making any career decision.
8.2 To the maximum extent permitted by law, CNTAA’s total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you. We exclude indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting on the website. Continued use constitutes acceptance. Review periodically.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
10.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
10.2 Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
11. Miscellaneous
11.1 Force Majeure: CNTAA is not liable for delays/failures due to events beyond control (e.g., natural disasters, government actions).
11.2 Severability: If any provision is invalid, the remainder remains enforceable.
11.3 Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the full agreement.
